myCP® Customer Portal & Ticket System:
To open a support request, login to myCP® using your Domain Name or Customer ID plus the Password to your account. Click on "Create a New Ticket" in the Help Center category, under Account Management.
Even when contacting us by phone, we do advise you open a ticket first for our staff to reference.
